Hand Painted Silk Handkerchiefs

Each Handkerchief is individually hand drawn and painted, (not silk screened) so no two are ever exactly alike. 100% pure silk, hand rolled edges, washable, soft and luxurious.
 
Although designed as a handkerchief many people do not actually use them for this purpose. Silk makes a fabulous eye glass or camera lense polishing cloth. These 11”x11” silks are often framed and hung on the wall or sewn into other items such as cushion covers for example.

These Silk Handkerchiefs are offered here at MRI by Diane, a fellow Menieres traveller, and professional textile artist. Diane was diagnosed with Menieres disease in 2001, she is one of the fortunate who was able to discover the reasons for her illness and thereby recover much of her lost health. Today she is hearing impaired and suffers some nerve damage, but is otherwise relatively symptom free.
